Privacy Policy — Envix Keyword Monitor

This Privacy Policy explains how Envix Keyword Monitor ("the Tool"), operated by Envix Europe ("we", "us"), accesses, uses, stores, and shares data, including data obtained through Google APIs.

1. Data we access

When an authorized Envix Europe administrator connects a Google Ads account to the Tool, the Tool requests access to the Google Ads API using the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. Through this access, the Tool retrieves:

Google Ads account identifiers (customer IDs) needed to make API requests.
Keyword planning metrics, such as average monthly searches, monthly search volume history, and competition level, for keywords we specify.

These metrics are aggregated statistics and do not contain personal information about individual users.

2. How we use data

The data is used only to analyze search demand for Envix Europe's own websites and services, for internal content planning and marketing. We do not use the data to serve advertisements, and we do not sell it.

3. How we store data

Retrieved metrics are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1).
Authentication credentials (OAuth tokens or service account keys) are stored as encrypted secrets and are never exposed to end users.
Access to the Tool and its data is restricted to authorized Envix Europe staff.
Data is retained for 3 years from retrieval and then deleted.

4. How we share data

We do not share, transfer, or disclose data obtained through Google APIs to third parties, except where required by law or with the explicit consent of the account owner. Data is processed only by service providers that host the Tool (such as Cloudflare) on our behalf.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Envix Keyword Monitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models.

6. Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke the Tool's access to your Google account at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at webmaster@envix.co.jp.

7. This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or forms. Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Envix Europe（以下「当社」）が運営する Envix Keyword Monitor（以下「本ツール」）が、Google API を通じて取得するデータを含む各種データをどのように取得・利用・保存・共有するかを説明するものです。

1. 取得するデータ

当社の権限ある管理者が Google 広告アカウントを本ツールに接続すると、本ツールはスコープ https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords を用いて Google Ads API へのアクセスを要求します。このアクセスにより、以下のデータを取得します。

API リクエストに必要な Google 広告アカウントの識別子（顧客 ID）
当社が指定したキーワードに関するキーワードプランニングの指標（月間平均検索数、月別検索ボリュームの推移、競合性など）

これらの指標は集計された統計データであり、個々の利用者の個人情報は含みません。

2. 利用目的

取得したデータは、当社のウェブサイトおよびサービスに関する検索需要の分析、ならびに社内のコンテンツ企画・マーケティングにのみ利用します。広告配信には利用せず、販売もしません。

3. 保存方法

取得した指標は Cloudflare 上のデータベース（Cloudflare D1）に保存します。
認証情報（OAuth トークンまたはサービスアカウントキー）は暗号化されたシークレットとして保存し、利用者に表示されることはありません。
本ツールとそのデータへのアクセスは、当社の権限ある従業員に限定しています。
データは取得から 3 年保持した後に削除します。

4. 第三者への提供

Google API を通じて取得したデータは、法令に基づく場合またはアカウント所有者の明示的な同意がある場合を除き、第三者に共有・移転・開示しません。データの処理は、当社に代わって本ツールをホストするサービス提供者（Cloudflare など）のみが行います。

5. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー

本ツールによる Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、限定使用の要件を含む「Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー」に準拠します。Google API を通じて取得したデータを、汎用的な AI や機械学習モデルの開発・改善・学習に利用することはありません。

6. アクセスの取り消しとデータの削除

本ツールによる Google アカウントへのアクセスは、https://myaccount.google.com/permissions からいつでも取り消せます。保存データの削除を希望される場合は webmaster@envix.co.jp までご連絡ください。

7. このサイトについて

このサイトは Cookie・アクセス解析・フォームを使いません。ホスティングを担う Cloudflare が、ページの配信のために IP アドレスなどの接続情報を処理します。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定日はページ上部の「最終更新日」に記載します。
